One Siquijor Rescue
One Siquijor Rescue is a Premier Volunteer Rescue Group operating in the Island of Siquijor run by Volunteers dedicated to help the community. We respond to disaster and emergency, do relief operations, clearing operations, and standby-ready emergency response team. Our advocacy run is a life-long journey reaching out to communities and institutional bodies both public and private by providing them free basic life-saving interventions training.
Our offer
CPR Course
Our CPR course is based on the Philippine Life Saving Society, though Philippine Life Saving Siquijor who is also our partner, that focuses on Drowning Resuscitation. With this, we aimed of zero death caused by drowning in the island of Siquijor. We believe that our Resuscitation Emergency Care (REC) Training is no different to that of the Basic Life Support CPR of the Department of Health. We bring this Training to you for free.
Haemorrhage Control
Hemorrhage Control also known as Bleeding Control is a Life-Saving Intervention that is given to our clients for free. With bleeding control, here we master the skills of Tourniquet Application, Wound Packing, Direct Pressure, and Improvised Tourniquet. Our bleeding control training is free. One Siquijor Rescue has been granted a STOP THE BLEED® Educational License from the US Department of Defense for teaching this curriculum.
Water Safety and Rescue
Our water safety and rescue is also on the Philippine Life Saving Society, through Philippine Life Saving Siquijor and our partner, that focuses on Life Guard Training of International Standards. Putting safety as priority in the world of water rescue with our Special Swim and Survive Training.
Rappelling
Rappelling is an essential skill one emergency responder must master. Our training on rappelling is based on the fundamentals of rope access with our instructor with years of expertise and experience. Rappelling is also free.
Helping the community
We help the community through volunteerism. Our involvements come a long way since the onset of COVID Pandemic. We provide food, water, and standby medics on border control points in the island of Siquijor. We are also involved in the Disaster Response during Typhoons like evacuation, rescue and clearing operations.
Standby Medics during Events
Our teams are also available upon request as Standby Medics during events and activities. We have served various major events and activities in the island of Siquijor.

Our Partners
Our international partner that provided us with all the necessary tools, equipment, and knowledge needed to deliver Bleeding Control Training to our clients. Even from afar, our cooperation continues with exchange of knowledge and training materials. We are currently developing study material in Visaya together, in order to make bleeding control a subject easy to understand for everyone.
Our partner in Local Disaster and Emergency Response. Our team joins their team during calamities such as typhoon rescue and evacuation operations, clearing operations, floods, other emergencies, and monitoring. Providing additional manpower to our government agency partners.

Safety Training and Consultancy Services, we can facilitate Safety Trainings (Safety Officers), Other DOLE Accredited Trainings, Construction and Industry Safety Certifications and Trainings, and Heavy Equipment Safety and Operation Training and Certifications. Safety Officer Training is 100% face to face training and will be conducted in the Island of Siquijor at a very affordable price.
With PEMR Training Center, we provide specialized rescue and emergency response trainings and other level up trainings to our clients by bringing these trainings to the Island of Siquijor.
